We accept many forms of payment, including cash, personal check, Visa or Mastercard. (We do not accept American Express.) Payment is due at the time of service.
We do not currently accept any insurance plans. However, we will gladly provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if they cover out-of-network chiropractic services.
